There is some staining, discolouration, permanent marks or damage and scared conditions that are impossible to remove from escalators. Australian Escalator Services will not be responsible for any pre-existing conditions. An example of other pre-existing conditions could include previous damage to aluminum or stainless steel that can cause scaring and scratching not apparent until cleaning is completed.
